As a Talented Customer Care Professional, I always go the extra mile to support my team and clients. Along side my skills I am adaptable and have the eagerness to learn new programs easily. Over the last 10 years I've developed experience in the customer service and data entry oriented office environment, with 6 years of working at home experience. Working from home has helped me hone my talents of being self-reliant and disciplined to handle duties without micro-managing.

I embody a comprehensive amount of knowledge and experience in customer care and tech support - through online channels of email, ticket, chat and phone support. I enjoy taking on new challenges. Also I'm flexible, a team player, dedicated, can work under pressure and possess a positive can do attitude.
