I am hard working with a 'can do' attitude, having coached rugby for 5 years and have build up a range of knowledge which have enabled me to develop skills that are interchangeable between life and sport. Communication is a primary tool in coaching, through this I have been able to devolp this skill to communicate with a variety of different people of all ages and status. I work well in high-pressure situations, especially in a team environment. I have captained teams at many age groups through school. I also have a good sense of humour and can be relied upon to perform tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Through periods of adversity in my life, I have learned to utilise any opportunity to its full potential. I thrive on competition and will watch and learn from any sporting activity. I am able to adapt to a wide range of situations, working best in high pressure environments. I am planning to obtain my level 3 RFU coaching award in the coming year and looking for a career within a sports community, preferable rugby, where my full range of skills can be utilised.
