John Maxwell’s 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership videos drove me to develop a limitless desire for leadership. John Maxwell’s leadership, message coupled with my passion for people made it a "no-brainer" to join the John Maxwell Team. The John Maxwell curriculum and tools are a valuable addition to my formal training as a creativity and change leadership professional.

For more than 15 years I have been into leadership, training and hold a passion for changing lives. My undergraduate degree is in English from Queens College, New York. I earned a Master of Business Administrative and Human Resource Management degree from the University of Phoenix. I am currently in my last year of graduating with a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. My dissertation is on Leadership, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.
