John Spittler

Accomplished domestic and international attorney John Spittler possesses more than 30 years’ experience appearing before state, federal, and international courts in matters related to commercial, insurance, aviation, class-action, and criminal/forfeiture litigation. A Managing Partner with Spittler Read and Associates P.A. in Miami, Florida, he also holds expertise in real estate and development issues, particularly in the areas of foreclosure law, mortgage loan modification, and government lifelines. John Spittler has practiced law at his current firm for more than two decades.

John Spittler handles airline, airport construction and development, and cargo litigation, representing clients such as Atlantic Airlines, ALM Antillean Airlines, and Global Aerospace Corporation.
