John Theodore Zabasky

Hello, I'm John Theodore Zabasky, the CEO of WorXsiteHR Insurance Solutions, Inc. I grew up in Burtonsville, Maryland, where early on, a strong passion for history was sparked by my Great Aunt. This passion led me to pursue a BA and an MA in History from UMBC, followed by an MBA from Pepperdine, and a PhD in Information Systems from Concordia. Currently, I'm expanding my expertise in health sciences as a PhD candidate at Liberty University.

In 2013, I founded WorXsiteHR with the goal of making healthcare accessible for all, especially underserved populations. We launched the HealthWorX Plan, a no-cost medical initiative for lower-income, part-time, and seasonal workers. It's incredibly rewarding to lead an organization that donates over $100 million annually in healthcare services and premiums to families in need.

Outside of my professional life, I have a strong interest in staying active and healthy through golf, bodybuilding, and baseball. These activities not only help me unwind but also keep me focused and driven in both my personal and professional endeavors.
