My name is John Timothy Robertson.I currently live in beautiful Miami Beach. I am a restaurant manager and thrive in an environment where I can showcase my experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked in restaurant management for almost a decade. My experience has ranged from a County style buffet, to Fine Dining and everything in between. The most recent restaurant I managed was in Nashville, Tennessee called Q'doba Mexican Grill. That store is the busiest in the company due to its location in the heart of downtown and directly adjacent to Vanderbilt University. Because of my experience and the volume of business of my store in Nashville, I was headhunted and relocated to Miami to open a restaurant for a relatively new and exciting restaurant concept from Columbia called Kokoriko. I have a proven track record in this industry and am always looking for the opportunity to improve, grow, and share my passion and enthusiasm for restaurant management.
