John Kemper

Having visited the Grand Strand since the 1970s, I moved to Murrells Inlet in 2009 after ten years in the Florida Keys. I am a retired Navy Officer; I served in submarines, surface ships and at a Marine Corps air station; I taught economics at Annapolis and served as an advisor to the Pakistan Navy. In Key West I developed condominiums, sold residential and commercial real estate, did volunteer work at a maritime museum and was a community advocate for my neighborhood.

I take a careful and measured approach to real estate, using the latest Internet technology while providing old fashioned customer service. While I work throughout the Grand Strand, I specialize in the southern half, Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawleys Island.

For my customers, I monitor every step of your transaction, from offers and counteroffers, sales contingencies, negotiations, inspections, financing, surveys, title insurance, closing documents and final settlement. After your sale or purchase, I provide continuing follow through—I have no former customers.
