The Lord Jesus Christ has been gracious to choose John as His child. After post graduate degree in social work, he did Diploma in Theology.

Pastor John Vincely was enabled bythe grace of God to found Light House Assembly of God along with his wife Latha Sophia in 1991 and since continue to minister and shepherd a congregation of over 500 members.

This church has planted 10 daughter churches thus for.

The Lord helped Pastor John to pioneer Students For Christ (SFC), the campus ministry of the Tamilnadu Assemblies of God and later the All India Assemblies of God. Pastor John served asits Director from 1990 through 2008.

The Lord in His sovereign plan saw Pastor John’s passion for missions and he is currently serving as Missions Director for the Tamilnadu Assemblies of God overseeing over 600 plus missionariesin North India and a few neighboring countries. He also serves in the national andthe international Mission Boards of the Assemblies of God.

Pastor John travels extensively to preach and teach the Lord’s word in India. He has also traveled to U.S.A, U.K. Canada, Switzerland, France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Saudi Arabia,U.A.E, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Srilanka,Bhutan and Myanmar for ministry.

By the grace of God trained several men and women into ministry and led more than 10,000 inthe Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Pastor John is a certified teacher to train believers in personalevangelism seminars.

He has great passion on subjects like, Evangelism, Church Planting, Missions, Prayer, Leadership Training and Holy Spirit Revival.

The Lord has blessed Pastor John and Sophia with a son David Leonard and a daughter Sharon Liberty. David is currently employed and Sharon is a college student.
