John Walter Baird

Walter Baird is a first year student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He has enjoyed his time here at Texas Tech and plans to graduate in May of 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Energy Commerce. Walter has jumped on opportunities to get involved during his first year at Texas Tech. During his first semester in college he joined the Phi Delta Theta fraternity where he has spent over 90 hours aiding the community. Recently, Walter has joined The Texas Tech Collegiate Entrepreneur Organization in hopes to meet individuals that have the same business mindset as him. Walter also plans to study abroad to gain insight on foreign business and customs. He looks forward to working in a productive environment with people who share the same values and ethics as himself.
