John Fanning

Mr. Fanning possesses a unique set of skills to evaluate personal injury, wrongful death and other cases based upon years of day to day practical contact and crisis management with the developmentally disabled. In his position as Executive Director of his thirty year old community residential program, he has regular contact with direct-care staff, his agencies three registered nurses, the behavior specialist and a total staff of ninety. He has also set up and served on the human rights, critical incident and quality control assurance committees.
