Listen to my music

I am a publisher, professor, composer, performer, researcher, and writer. My experience in digital publishing, marketing, international business, and business development spans more than two decades. I value relationships, continuous learning, and new connections.

I have pioneered e-book and online learning initiatives, and have researched, written, and spoken about the future of e-books in journals and at international conferences. I have a Masters in international management, am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, have worked and traveled in South America, and spent a year living in the upper Amazon.

I compose and perform classical guitar music, specializing in the music of Latin America. I recently finished recording my first album for release in April 2016, "Serenata de la Sirena," featuring nine original compositions as well as some selections from Latin American composers. I have performed in concert, in cafes, and on the radio in the US and throughout Latin America. I am also a contributor to Classical Guitar magazine.

I’m passionate about family and friendships, travel, music, and creative, international cooking.
