JOHN X

John X is a Sydney based entrepreneur that currently consults to Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Australia's largest Bank) as a Data Scientist and his various 'Side Hustles'.

He studied at Wharton Business School @ University of Pennsylvania and UNSW majoring in Actuarial Studies and Entrepreneurship and has travelled the world on a scholarship leadership program.

In 2016, he launched a designer marble furniture start up Messina & Co. that ships custom Italian Carrara Marble furniture directly to the consumer at a fraction of the cost traditional retail brands. Messina & Co. also wholesales raw Carrara marble to kitchen companies and directly to renovators at an affordable investment.

In 2015, he started @Amazing_Eurasians (Instagram) and has gained over 50,000 followers in a short time and is currently working on launching a Youtube Series on following the journey of 6 instagram influencer hopefuls as they discover and promote their own personal brand and gain followers.

In 2014, he relaunched3Dcards.com.auand developed our wholesale business to customise cards for top tier businesses' Christmas, Events and Birthday cards.

In 2013, he launched a Frozen Yoghurt franchise that grew to 3 stores - Mooberry across Sydney's east coast and grossing over $1M in revenue.

In 2012, he launched a startup www.Ticketninja.com.au with a vision to give away FREE event tickets which gained over 6,000 members and given away free tickets worth over $10,000 and counting!

In 2011 he co-founded DopeSource Media with a few mates to produce top-notch promotional videos.

In 2011, he helped launch Liberty Palace a family receptions and functions venue that caters to over 700 people. Having run two popular night clubs in Sydney for over two years, he has gained invaluable experience in events and promotions having organises Charity Balls, Fashion shows and grand opening events.
