John Zukowski

I'm the Director of Charms Investments Ltd, a firm that specializes in corporate development activities for public and private companies. I serve as lead adviser for issuers and liaison between buyers and sellers, providing comprehensive guidance through the reverse merger process to ensure each issuer has a successful debut on the public market. Furthermore, I'm involved as a consultant in the investment industry, having experience in a full range of financial instruments. Some of my responsibilities include corporate development and communications, as well as the management of all public and investor relations. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Florida.

My experience and expertise includes reverse mergers and acquisitions, consulting on public company regulatory and financial issues, listing private companies on public exchanges, transitioning public companies to higher profile exchanges, and general capital markets advisory.
