Dr. Joia Crear Perry has practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jefferson Community
Healthcare Center. Previously, as Director of Clinical Services, City of New Orleans Health Department Dr. Crear Perry was responsible for four facilities providing healthcare for the homeless, pediatric, WIC, and gynecologic services within the New Orleans clinical service area and continues to work to improve access and availability to New Orleans citizens post the Hurricane Katrina disaster of 2005.
