I am from Scotland and moved to Ibiza in 1998. I enjoy the contrast of summer and winter season here. In the summer we work hard, and in the winter I have the luxuary of time to work on my books and being creative, as well as helping people heal with EFT.

After growing up surrounded by depression and mental illnesses, I was very lost and thought the only way out for me was to end my own life. A small voice inside of me said: ' there has to be another way'.

I knew I could not continue living the way I was so I set out to find that other way. Now I share my experiences with others through my books and EFT, hoping that my story can help others, and inspire them to take back their own power.

If you have a dream never let it go instead plant seeds of effort, time and self belief, add some Love and not forgetting a patience. Let go of fear, relax, breathe, count your blessings and trust in time you can experience your dream life everyday and in every way.
