I have cooked for the toughest food critics in the world. Taking my time as I plate up. Thinking this really looks like delicious, delectable food. The critics would look at me sternly waiting. One has been even known to throw a plate at me!!(true story) So who are these experts on food I hear you ask? Who……. The nations children!! When they don’t like something we are sure to know about it. Babies haven’t learned politeness. They don’t hide it under their napkin. If they don’t like it. They spit it out on the table. I,d say nine times out of ten the food in question may be green!!! So what do we do? plain pasta for a life time? (it is an option) Or do we put our crafty hat on? If they don’t see it they don’t know about it. Hide and disguise is the only way. What they don’t know wont hurt them. (its doing them the word of good) we have to be cruel to be kind. I have worked with children for 17 years, and i,ve learned the tricks of the trade. The top secrets… I want to share them!!! I get pure pleasure from clean plastic plates and messy food faces.. trying something new. Getting the sneaky satisfaction, when they don’t like vegetables. But they are eating a blended vegetable, with chunks of chicken curry and rice. Yummy !!Well this is my mission!!! And I want to spread the word!!!
