I'm an IT consultant with interests in Linux, OpenStack and DevOps using open source software (e.g. Docker)

I've worked in the IT industry experience for 20 years, 15 of which have been for large financial organisations. I now concentrate on DevOps related projects for clients throughout the UK and would love to hear from anyone with queries about Linux, DevOps, OpenStack and Docker.

I write the monthly 'Administeria' column for the UK magazine Linux Format (by Future Publishing).

When not working I spend most of my time with my wife and two children, walking the dog and bemoaning the plight of Middlesbrough football club.
