I'm the sort to shave once a month (the stages of a beard add variety). I get up at 4:30 a.m. to eat before going to the gym at 5:30 (not because I like to, but because it is consistent). I am happiest with people, but need my alone time to think. I am a absolute grouch without coffee (luckily I keep a good supply!). If I make dinner I usually forget a salad (meat is the most important right?). I set all my clocks 5 minutes ahead...but then constantly compensate in my head. If I could wear sandals every day of my life I would!
