I started my road of various careers in banking as a stock transfer agent for what used to be known as The First National Bank of Boston back in the late 60's. I then went to the family business of importing and exporting various products in the lawn & garden and hardware industry. From there, I was hired by a British manufacturer to help them get established in the North American market. I did that for about 4 years when a German horticultural company asked for my help to get them established in the North American market. After 2 years with ASB Greenworld, I decided to become a manufacturer's representative and covered the Northeast market working from Ridgefield, CT. As I built this business, I partnered with a good friend in Morristown, NJ to help build one of the most successful agencies representing over 40 different product lines for The Home Depot and other big box retailers. From there I decided my real interest was in graphic design that I self-taught myself. This was the beginning of Creative Group LLC in 2001. At about the same time, I also started to write and compose my own music after picking up a keyboard in Circuit City when they were still around. I was very fortunate to meet a very talented music producer, Bobbi Tammaro from Funkee Boy Music. Bobbi has produced 9 of my original compositions and I had my first CD completed in 2002. Since then, I've been fortunate to have a top ten single on the international charts in 2002. I have started a unique networking event in New York City that I'll be calling The Big Apple Indie Music Series or TBAIMS for short to be held at various venues around New York City. It will provide a venue for independent music artists to perform their original music in front of mid to top level executives from the entertainment and music industry. We have also partnered with a new start up called TalentArmyPromotions.com that will provide a drop box for music artists to submit their music to each month to be considered to perform at one of our future events.
