I am a medical leadership consultant, paediatrician and writer. In my leadership work, I have led the Provincial Privileging Project. I have also led integrated leadership development in my previous employment as an Executive Medical Director with the Interior Health Authority.

Other projects have included the introduction of the Surgical Safety Checklist, development of a leadership manual for medical advisory committees and development of a medical staff resource plan.

I help people with diverse interests come together in support of common goals.
