Jon Springer

Jon is an Education Consultant specializing in:

• School search for families with children needing student support services.
• Navigating and de-escalating tough conversations in parent-school relationships.
• Consulting with education groups looking to expand inclusive education opportunities in the international school ecosystem.

Jon likes to support families seeking international school options for their children. He has over a decade of school search experience including a 30 months search for his children's current school documented on pages 22 and 23 of the 2024 International Admissions Bulletin.

From 6 years supporting families in parent support groups internationally and locally, Jon’s goal is to improve community understanding and appreciation across the table between education professionals and the parents of neurodiverse and disabled children.

As a speaker at educator conferences about the needs and perspectives of parents, Jon has been sought after for counsel on the needs for inclusive education schools in the international context.

Jon is a father of two sons that are autistic, ADHD, and dyslexic.

Jon has a Master’s of Teaching from University of Virginia (2011). He regularly attends and speaks at international educator professional development trainings.
