I think there is such a thing as good news. In fact, I think there is good reason to believe that this news "speaks" to our hearts and is centered around the person of Jesus Christ who makes an offer to us that is incredibly beautiful; an offering that is based solely on His self-offering. This is the gospel! I was the college/young pastor at EV Free Fullerton for eleven years. I'm currently the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Calvary Church in Valparaiso, Indiana. I'm married to Kay and we have two boys, Justin and Christopher. We consider ourselves Coloradoans - we lived there for many years before uprooting the family so I could pursue a degree in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics while also studying Spiritual Formation.
