Jonah Mungoshi

Director and Consultant in Harare Central, Zimbabwe

My name is Jonah Mungoshi. I am a management consultant and a success coach with over 20 years experience.

I specialise in IMPLEMENTATION. Many organisations plan reasonably well but are lousy at execution. I help teams to achieve measurable results through coaching based interventions.

The areas I cover include business strategy, entrepreneurship, team-building, leadership development, personal development as well as youth and teenagers empowerment.

My previous clients include USAID, US Embassy (Zimbabwe), Old Mutual, UNDP, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, AtlasCopco, British Council and Standard Chartered Bank.

I have provided my services in many countries including USA, UK, Mauritius, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana and Zambia.

I previously served as the deputy executive director for marketing and sales at CBZ Bank and later as a non-executive director of Steward Bank in Zimbabwe.

Currently I am the chairman of the board of directors of the Information Training and Outreach Centre for Africa (ITOCA) in South Africa.

I am obsessed with producing results through coaching. I have infectious enthusiasm and positively transformational energy.

I was the third Best Public Speaker in the World – Toastmasters International 2002. In 2007 I was honoured by Junior Chamber International (JCI) as one of the ten outstanding young Zimbabweans.

I like to challenge myself - in April 2003 I spoke for 36 hours non-stop in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest speech.

I have a proven track record and traceable references from satisfied clients.
