Jonah Czerwinski

Jonah Czerwinski leads the public sector practice as Managing Director at the Advisory Board Company. He also serves on the Board of Counselors of the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. Until 2013, Jonah was Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and also founded the VA Center for Innovation (VACI), leading it as its first director from 2010-2013 as a member of the Senior Executive Service and an Obama Administration appointee.
Prior to his government service, Jonah was Managing Consultant at IBM Global Business Services. He served as a Senior Fellow at George Washington University, on the Board of Directors of the Partnership for a Secure America, and as a member of the Task Force on National Laboratory Assets for 21st Century Security.
Jonah has testified as an expert before Congressional committees, been interviewed on CNN and CNN-International, and quoted in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, and other news outlets.
Jonah Czerwinski was on the professional staff of the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress from 2001-2007.
Jonah has an AB in Philosophy from Salve Regina University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. (Wahoo Wah!)
