I work at MidStreet Mergers & Acquisitions, an M&A firm in Raleigh that specializes in selling "MidStreet" businesses, or companies at the nexus of Main Street and the Middle Market. ($1M-$30M revenue).

My main function is that of an M&A advisor - I help business owners sell their companies, often starting relationships years before the sale is planned to occur. I help with everything from exit planning to managing buyer/seller relationships and negotiations.
