We are two master students currently writing our thesis at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

For our master's we are writing about empowerment and self-efficacy, especially looking at the educational setting.

During the fall of 2017 we are writing our specialization project, where we are investigating the use of self-documentation tools and self-betterment tools in education and in general.

To better understand the use of these types of applications we are conducting interviews with volunteers that use these kinds of applications. Preferably the users of these applications are in the age group between 18 and 26 years old. The applications we are currently investigating are Dokker and Mindfit.
