I am an Idea Mechanic currently living in Coffs Harbour, Australia. My interests range from technology to innovation. Also interested in motor racing, dogs, podcasting, thinking and cooking.

From an Electronics Engineering and Marketing background, I've worked in high tech R&D, the TV and Oil Industry and started my first business in 1985.

During the 90's I co-founded one of the top Apple system integrators in Australia, working with the best ad agencies, transitioning them to digital publishing and multimedia. I still remain a registered Apple Developer and have extensive contacts worldwide.

In 2000, I founded HOTLAP Pty. Ltd. which provides online branding and public relations for professional motor racing events, teams, manufacturers and drivers.

In April 2017, I have relocated to Coffs Harbour from Sydney's Northern Beaches, to help people get ready for the impending world of Home Automation.

And I have recently become Dad to a miniature Dachshund, called Lester, whom my daughter Matilda, totally loves.
