My name is Jon and I'm an Operations manager / I.T. Infrastructure Consultant and respected professional; Over the years I have gained comprehensive technical knowledge covering hardware, networks, servers, databases, applications, programming, and security.

I have a long and established career history in process, monitoring, network performance analysis, IDA Hex-Rays, Ollydbg, x64dbg, multi-processor disassembler and debugger, Wireshark, reporting and documentation.

With over 28 years I.T experience gained within the I.T industry, (Digital Equipment Corp DEC, Compaq Computers - HP, Logica CMG (CGI), Open Systems Engineering (OSE), Linetex ATM, Esteem Systems) able to work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines whilst maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, with the ability to find solutions to complex system problems quickly, and to manage solutions from design level through to completion and implementation.

Excellent technical troubleshooting skill set with a strong ability to comprehend large complex enterprise wide I.T business processes quickly and methodologically. I also have experience in setting and managing expectations with senior stakeholders and team members. Managing, documenting, troubleshooting, setting processes and procedures, defining security processes, audits and procedures within complex technical and operational management environments. Strategy, IT Transformation, IT Service Management- EA , Integration Enterprise Application IT Infrastructure, IT Project Management, IT Governance, IT Business Alignment, IT Implementation.

Excellent understanding of business continuity planning, risk mitigation, security and disaster recovery and ITSM.

When I'm not working I'm usually found performing security research - cyber Intelligence, working in the IT field looking for security vulnerabilities and network threat solutions.
