Formerly from Southern California, I now call Arizona home. Food is both an old and new passion of mine and I enjoy the artistry and intricate flavors that fine cuisine can provide. In the spring of 2015, I earned a degree in Culinary Arts.
With an extensive background in the theme park and resort industry, I am looking toward the future of designing an innovative concept that combines food and entertainment. In the interim, I hope to work with some of the great culinary minds in our local food scene and gain as much experience as possible. The journey should be fun..
At this time, I am involved with the operations of The Shanty Cafe, a 78 year-old bar in Tucson, Arizona. In addition, I have worked in the kitchens of Acacia - Real Food and Cocktails in the Catalina Foothills and Cafe a La C'Art at the Tucson Museum of Art.
