I run breatheHR.com an online HR system that simplifies and automates all the admin around employing people.

We've a 100% focus on helping SMEs - that's where my passion is and it's where we can make the most difference. As of January 2017 we're supporting over 2,250 business owners who employ in excess of 75,000 people.

In my spare time I try to get into the mountains or out on the water as often as possible. There aren't too many mountains where I live in Sussex so I have to make do with the rolling countryside.

I'm a confessed foodie with a passion for great quality food - the kind that can only be bought from speciality providers. Meat from butchers, veg from a farm shop and fish from a fishmonger!
