Jonathan Watts RIBA

Jonathan is a British Chartered Architect, with over 17 years of service in the Architectural profession. He has experience in both pre and post contract works across all stages of a project, with a strong belief in coordination and quality control, which he considers to be the back bone of any project. He also has a keen interest in both developing new and nurturing existing client relationships. For the pas 11 years, Jonathan has been based in the Middle East during which time, he has lived in United Arab Emirates and Qatar, working on projects in not only these countries but also Kuwait and Bahrain. He has executed the roles of Project Architect (Engineer of Record), Project Director and Development Manager. He is inspired by the continual advances in 'Offsite' Construction, its design form and quality of fabrication within today's Building industry. He also has a keen interest in 'Tiny House' design and the unique focus on rethinking the modern day living space.
