Growing up on the central coast of California, this X-Games athleteturned filmmaker developed a love for the camera at a very early age. While still in high school, Jonathan began honing his talent by shootingcommercials and documentary projects. He was then accepted into theprestigious Brooks Institute of Photography based on the strength ofhis portfolio. While pursuing his degree, he made his way onto thecamera teams of some of Hollywood's most legendary cinematographersand directors. Those experiences propelled him forward into his ownexciting career as an award winning Cinematographer. Always on the forefront of industry advances, he is often asked totest and share his input for many leading companies including Kodak,Arriflex, Airstar, Fuji, Sony, Apple and Baselight. When not working,he enjoys traveling the far reaches of the globe striking things off his bucket list, rolling the dice on the craps table while enjoying anice scotch and spending time with his wife, Desiree.
