Originally following in the footsteps of his father and grandmother, who were both Real Estate brokers, Jonathan became a successful real agent selling over $50 million. During his decade long career he also formed boutique luxury brokerage, Sovereign International Realty Group, with a friend.

During his years in Real Estate, Jonathan discovered his investor clients and non-clients all had a common need – assistance with legal compliance of their investment properties. In 2008, Jonathan founded a license expediting company to assist with legal compliance and whose mission is to deliver an easy-to-use portal whereby any business owner can easily apply for all facets of licensing in just a few minutes.

Since 2008, The license expediting business has grown to assisting over 1700 individuals and companies in a variety of industries.

Building off of Jonathan’s primary vision to help Landlords with their legal compliance matters, as well as a phrase Jonathon’s grandmother repeated in her own property management practice, “a successful rental is only as good as the landlord’s ability to effectively manage it,” Jonathan started his newest venture, RentJiffy.

RentJiffy is a rental property management system and tenant relationship manager for DIY landlords. The system acts as a one-stop solution to the rent cycle’s pain points for non-professional landlords. The portal allows DIY landlords to successfully manage their properties efficiently and cost-effectively.

With the strong belief that everyone can learn from the experiences and insights of others, Jonathan has had the opportunity to mentor aspiring business owners and help them get their company off the ground. He also provides mentorship to current business owners looking for improvements in their business models.
