Hey there, I'm Jonathan.

When I am not working on marketing new enterprise technology as a profession, I enjoy pursuing various creative outlets involving new tech. I'll give you two recent examples of these weekend exploits.

By early 2014, my son and I became obsessed with flying the early generation camera drones on the weekends.

By 2016 I was flying so much that I became a professional aerial photographer as a side hustle.

Fast forward. The drone obsession led to a string of aerial film and commercial credits, culminating most recently in my first Hollywood-released feature film credit in 2020.

Going into 2021, there were two technologies I had long become obsessed with, and drones weren't one. This was the year to combine the two new tech obsessions into one experimental project.

1. Immersive 3D

2. Blockchain

In the early summer of 2021, I receive a call from the owner of an iconic Silicon Valley restaurant, and he wanted to discuss the ideation and creation of a 3D model of his place, Buck's of Woodside, which we would then mint as an NFT and auction. This would be the world's first NFT of its kind.

The resulting 3D NFT, and marketing materials, including brochure and video, can be found on the OpenSea page. In August 2021, the experimental NFT sold for 105 ETH.
