I have spent my entire adult life in the hospitality industry, an industry that requires tremendous personal sacrifice, but is also immensely professionally rewarding.

My closest and most trusted friends are people that I have worked with, worked for or have worked for me; this is the greatest reward of my career. My relationships with them have helped to forge the person, friend, mentor and leader that I have become.

My focus is and has always been on excellence; both from myself and from the people around me. I take tremendous pride and get the most enjoyment from a job that is done well and done right. I have said for many years; "the right way is usually not the easy way"

Being a parent is the most important job that any of us will have; I embrace the responsibility and understand that balance between the demands of my profession and the demands of my role as a father can be answered simply: Being great at one helps me to be better at the other!
