Jonathan Davis New York

An accomplished real estate professional in New York, Jonathan Davis joined Nest Seekers International in Southampton as a luxury real estate advisor in 2019. In this position, he demonstrates a thorough understanding of the New York marketplace, particularly when it comes to high-value, luxury properties. Jonathan Davis began his career as a property advisor in 2012 with the Corcoran Group, a role that involved oversight of property listings valued in excess of $300 million. He has recorded a number of significant property sales during his career, including a $50 million penthouse in Manhattan and a beachfront property valued at nearly $40 million.

Mr. Davis also founded and heads the luxury lifestyle media platform On The Inside Media Group. Established in 2015, the platform regularly provides up-to-date editorial content on topics ranging from fine art to interior design. On The Inside also launched LUX, a show that gives viewers an intimate look at luxury properties valued at $10 million or more. Away from his work at Nest Seekers and On The Inside Media Group, he owns and manages Hampton Brewing Company.
