Of all my interests — including being a bit of a movie buff and political junkie — finance and writing are my two primary passions. Thankfully the two also work well together and I have been able to make a living doing what I love.

I am the President of Dyer News, a personal finance site with an emphasis on small business and the growing FinTech sector. After writing for other finance sites and blogs, I started Dyer News in 2015 to share my unique monetary perspective and my own personal finance journey.

Since then I've never looked back. I love the freedom that blogging provides me and, while I hope my articles are helpful to others as well, I've found that I learn even more about finance from writing on it. To me it's a fascinating topic that never gets old.
