Human Resource consulting company that works with a broad cross section of the country's leading corporations and professional services firms – providing robust human resource solutions and advice regarding "people & talent management issues" in ever changing environments and/or helping them build their leadership teams.
As a leader in corporate HR for more than 15 years I've held leadership positions in Compensation & Benefits; Talent Management & Recruitment; and Employee Relations at two multinational corporations: Bolt Beranek & Newman (BBN) and Schlumberger Ltd.
On a number of occasions, my firm continues to work on-site as retained
operational HR specialists at both established companies and early stage
ventures, in addition to consulting on leadership development and
organizational strategies.
Past and present clients include a wide array of Fortune companies, middle market professional service firms and early stage ventures; (Cabot Corporation, HP, IBM/Divisions, Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management, Scotts Company, Putnam Investments, Astra Pharmaceuticals, SensAble Technologies, etc.); Law Firms, Venture Capital & Private Equity firms, such as (ABS Ventures, Globespan Ventures, Palmer& Dodge, Jones/Day, TICC Capital, HLM Venture Partners, etc.).
Additionally, I'm active in a number of civic organizations, participates on corporate and academic speaker panels and assisted in the founding of the Human Resource Alliance for African Americans in Boston, MA.
I've earned a BA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and a MA degree from Columbia University, in New York.
