Jonathan Fields

New York, NY

Jonathan Fields is on a mission to illuminate the human condition and inspire personal and organizational change. A New York City dad, husband, award-winning author, acclaimed blogger and recovering lawyer turned entrepreneur, 800-CEO-READ named his last book, Uncertainty, the #1 personal development book of 2011.

For more than two decades, Jonathan Fields has travelled the world, exploring what it means to live a good life, and how to integrate what he’s discovered both into his own life and the people and companies he’s built and advised.

Along the way, he's founded, built and sold two wellness-industry companies, written two award-winning books, interviewed, studied and learned from a global community of teachers, from Tibetan Buddhist Lamas to billionaire CEOS, neuroscientists to venture capitalists, and artists to academics.

In 2012, Fields elevated his quest to the level of profession with the launch of the Good Life Project (GLP), a global media and education venture on a mission to inspire, educate and support mission-driven individuals and organizations in the pursuit of better lives. GLP boasts a broadcast-quality web-show and top-ranked podcast, reaching an audience in more than 135 countries. It also offer a growing curriculum of mindset and business trainings for mission-driven entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes.

Fields also speaks globally and has been featured widely in mainstream and online media, including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, FastCompany, Inc., Entrepreneur, USA Today, O Magazine, Self, Outside, Slate, Vogue, CNBC, FoxBusiness, PBS Nightly Business Report and thousands of other places that sound cool, but don't impress his daughter all that much. When not building ventures and telling stories, he can be found dancing around his living room with his wife and daughter...and writing in the third person.
