"Hey, how's it going?"

That's most likely what you will hear out of Jonny if you're ever going to meet him. He's a gentle guy, and passive yet passionate and creative. Quite the leader if you asked me. You ever met a guy who used to play sports in college and still does today because he loves the game? Love it so much that he continues to practice as much as possible (not in an obsessive way)? That it actually defines who he is, a hard worker. Yepp, that's him right there. Socializing is his strong suit, he loves people, and hates to feel hated. Funny, is another strong suit. Jonny, a rookie post-graduate, is still looking to do what he will love and have a job doing that. What I love outside of my job is a different topic. When he was growing up, was a good kid, with good family and had a lot of support, after losing his hearing at a young age. With his hearing impairment, he struggles here and there, but he accepts it because he doesn't want to live his life wishing he was hearing like a regular person. Amazingly, no one thinks he's hard of hearing. Ya, he even talks on the telephone pretty much daily. Bottom line, he has the drive to become successful in everything he comes across.

If there is any great secret of success in life, it lies in the ability to put yourself in the other person's place and to see things from his point of view - as well as your own. -Henry Ford
