Jonathan Hillert
Jonathan Hillert received his Associate degree in Architecture from Triton College before obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in the same field of study from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Following the completion of these two degrees, Mr. Hillert studied in the graduate department at École Spéciale d'Architecture, an accredited specialized school located in Paris, France. In his over two decades of experience in the architecture field, Jonathan Hillert has worked on various religious, residential, commercial, recreational, educational, and municipal projects. Most of these projects were based in cities across Illinois, though a few of them were stationed in Texas, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Several projects involved either remodeling or additions to the structures, and some required both additions and remodeling. Mr. Hillert served as an architect for assignments for myriad institutions including community banks, aquatic facilities, public safety buildings, and town squares. In addition to his contributions to these professional projects, Jonathan has been involved in many community service projects. Following Hurricane Katrina, he volunteered his time to relief efforts in Mississippi and Louisiana. He also regularly donates to the cancer awareness cause. Currently, Mr. Hillert is in the process of establishing a nonprofit organization whose aim is to provide low-income housing to residents in Harris County, Texas. In addition, he hopes to launch an association that will allow farmers to purchase biodiesel fuel at a significantly lower cost than the current price through the organization’s production of cheaper fuel. Jonathan R. Hillert presently serves as the owner and President of L&T; Development, LLC. In this position, Mr. Hillert handles all of the managerial duties including those related to accounting, marketing, and construction.
