Jonathan Jew-Lim

Burlingame, California

Hi, I'm Jonathan. I'm a Bay Area native (born in Berkeley, raised in Palo Alto), and I currently live in Burlingame with my wife, Dominique, and our pitbull mix, Ivy. I'm a corporate lawyer by training (started my career at Davis Polk representing investment banks, companies and private equity sponsors in corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions) but have spent more time in business development and partnerships in the tech space.

Prior to law school I was a biz/marketing analyst at an education startup, where I arrived after teaching high school for several years. I received my undergraduate degree from Princeton and attended law school at UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law. Outside of work, I enjoy practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, volunteering every weekend with for Family Support Services of the Bay Area as a youth mentor (along with my wife), woodworking, playing guitar/listening to country music, watching sports on TV (especially football), and learning about architecture.
