I listen. I ask questions. I have no hesitation to ask, "why," or any qualms in stating, "I don't understand." I challenge authority, protect my people, and always fight for what's right. I criticize ideas, not people, and expect the same from my peers. I relish thinking big, love building teams, and won't stand for small ideas, petty people, or paltry execution.
