I've done a bunch of different things over the years. I worked in educational technology, wrote a couple of books on web development, worked as a freelance designer/developer, and worked in a ton of customer service & support jobs.
I spent a big chunk of my life working for Harvest, a time tracking and invoicing company. These days, I'm working for Checkfront in the travel and tourism space.
I live on Mayne Island in the province of British Columbia (that would be in Canada) and I grew up in Calgary, Alberta. I've got a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Education.
