Jonathan Lin

I am a second-year MD/PhD student at Washington University in Saint Louis. I plan to pursue my PhD thesis in the lab of Rajendra Apte, MD, PhD.

I graduated from Emory University in 2012 with a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology with highest honors. I completed my senior thesis ("Are there two kinds of auditory imagery?") in the lab of Krish Sathian, MD, PhD. I also worked for three summers in the US Air Force Research Laboratory in the Biological Interactions of Nanomaterials (BIN) Group, led by Saber Hussain, PhD.

At Emory, I also completed a B.A. in Music (Violin). I am currently a member of the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra and work locally as a freelance musician.
