Jonathan Salinger

I am a mortgage banking professional serving homebuyers and homeowners in Southern New England for over 25 years. My team and I help our clients evaluate mortgage options and identify the loan program that best balances short term needs with long term financial goals. We then guide them through our efficient application process to closing.

I am also a District Manager. In this leadership role, I coach other mortgage loan originators and branch managers in best practices for value added service, while working with them to increase their referral networks.

I believe that happiness is largely dependent on quality relationships. To me, this means having happy people around you.. that like you.. at work, home and in your social circle. Helping those around me achieve their goals has become an important part of my life. When we invest in each other’s success.. we win.

I bought my first home shortly after getting what I thought was my first stable job.. I moved after meeting my wife because we wanted to start a family. When our family grew, we moved to a bigger house in “the burbs”. Once the kids got a little older, we wanted to be back in town, so we moved AGAIN!

I know how easy life can feel when you are living in an affordable home that meets your needs. I live Providence with my wife. Our two sons are both in college (so they still have rooms, get mail and show up during vacations, but don't really live with us any more.)

My favorite past times are family ski trips, Enjoying the outdoors with my wife, and long mountain bike rides with my little girl (That would be Rozzi, our English Springer spaniel)..
