Jonathan Sherman

My current position as VP of New Business Development at Bang Zoom! allows me to fuse my passion for creativity and entertainment, with my varied background in sales. From a young age, I always enjoyed creating and performing. I was a professional musician for nearly seven years, and toured the East Coast extensively. But it was the business of music that interested me as much as performing on stage. It was in “The Band”, where I learned to promote our music, sell CD’s, book shows, negotiate contracts, etc. After leaving the Rock and Roll lifestyle, and settling down, I dabbled in many different jobs, including hosting my own sports radio show in Jacksonville, FL, selling radio advertising, and working for several large mortgage brokerage houses, including Merrill Lynch. When the opportunity to get back into the entertainment business came about, I jumped at the chance. Bang Zoom! Entertainment is a leader in full service audio post production for anime, video games, promos/trailers, feature films, etc. We also produce cutting edge original content for the web and television. Recent productions include AnimeTV, a first of its kind anime review show, and Manga Minutes, an animated show reviewing manga, video games, and anime created for Starz Media. My goal is to further broaden the scope of our company and cultivate and develop new relationships, with a specific focus on the video game industry.
