I’m a product leader by trade and a dad at heart.

I currently serve as Director of Product Management at CompanyCam, where I work alongside talented engineers, designers, and PMs building tools that help real businesses do real work. I care deeply about building strong teams, creating clarity where things feel messy, and focusing on work that genuinely matters. I’m big on outcome-driven thinking, healthy team dynamics, and making sure the people closest to the work have real ownership.

I didn’t take the traditional path into product, which probably explains why I’m so intentional about how I lead. I like messy problems and unclear starting points. A big part of my job is bringing clarity to ambiguity so teams can move forward with confidence. I care about building great teams and helping people grow into the next version of their careers. If you’ve worked with me, you know I’m less interested in noise and more interested in meaningful progress, strong partnerships, and long-term impact.

Outside of work, I’m married and raising two awesome boys. Being their dad is the role I care about most. I want them to grow up knowing I showed up, had fun with them, and taught them that being a good person matters more than anything else.

We also have two dogs, Walter and Zoey. Walter is calm and steady. Zoey is chaos in fur form. It balances out.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family, whether that’s taking trips together to places like Disney or getting away on a cruise. Those moments together matter most to me.

When I do have time to myself, I enjoy being outside, smoking meat, experimenting with new BBQ ideas, and brewing beer in the garage.

I also host an annual backyard event called Swatoberfest. It’s a fun gathering of good people built around homebrew, BBQ, yard games, and simply enjoying time together.

At the end of the day, I care about my family, building great teams, and building a life I’m proud of. Everything else fits under that.
