I'm Jonathan Szkotak, PharmD. I'm a healthcare strategist, patient advocate and population health leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation across managed care, pharmacy operations, and health policy. My work bridges the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare—translating data into action, aligning care with value, and advocating for systems that improve patient outcomes and access.

Throughout my career, I’ve led pharmacy departments for Medi-Cal managed care plans, developed NCQA- and DHCS-compliant programs, implemented risk stratification tools, and designed evidence-based treatment pathways. I currently consult in formulary and reimbursement strategy, helping patients, providers, and payers navigate complex coverage systems. I also serve as a preceptor and educator, mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
