Jonathon Karelse works for NorthFind Partners, an international firm that brings to bear its network of talented management consultants on behalf of its many clients. As partner, he focuses largely on providing Sales and Operations Planning, and forecasting support for businesses with globally extended supply chains. Over his career, Jonathon Karelse has worked with multi-billion dollar corporations in such industries as transportation, cosmetics, and heavy equipment.
Beyond his experience with NorthFind, Jonathon Karelse served Canadian Wholesale Tire Distributors as Vice President of strategic planning and corporate development. While there, he helped the company implement foundational operations frameworks that led to a nearly 20 percent increase in sales during a challenging market year. His background in the tire industry also includes a period as business unit director with Yokohama Tire Canada. Further, Mr. Karelse authored a study concerning product planning in the replacement tire sector, and the Journal of Business Forecasting published it in a special issue on product forecasting released in December of 2012.
